Используя приложение Tanishili, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями использования. Если вы не согласны, пожалуйста, не используйте приложение.
1. Право на использование
Приложение доступно только лицам, достигшим 18 лет. Регистрируясь, вы подтверждаете, что вам исполнилось 18 лет и вы предоставляете достоверную информацию о себе.
2. Правила поведения
При использовании приложения запрещается:
- создавать поддельные профили или выдавать себя за другое лицо;
- оскорблять, преследовать или угрожать другим пользователям;
- размещать незаконный, порнографический или оскорбительный контент;
- рассылать спам, рекламу или мошеннические сообщения;
- использовать приложение в коммерческих целях без разрешения.
3. Контент пользователя
Вы несёте ответственность за контент (фото, текст), который размещаете. Размещая контент, вы предоставляете нам право отображать его в приложении для других пользователей.
4. Модерация и блокировка
Мы вправе удалять контент, ограничивать или блокировать аккаунты, нарушающие настоящие Условия. Вы можете пожаловаться на пользователя или заблокировать его прямо в приложении.
5. Отказ от ответственности
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Мы не гарантируем нахождение пары и не несём ответственности за поведение пользователей вне приложения. Соблюдайте осторожность при общении и встречах.
6. Прекращение доступа
Мы можем приостановить или прекратить ваш доступ к приложению при нарушении Условий. Вы можете удалить свой аккаунт в любое время.
7. Применимое право
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Республики Узбекистан.

Foydalanish shartlari
Oxirgi yangilanish: 2026-yil iyun
Tanishili ilovasidan foydalanib, siz ushbu Foydalanish shartlariga rozilik bildirasiz. Agar rozi bo‘lmasangiz, iltimos, ilovadan foydalanmang.
1. Foydalanish huquqi
Ilova faqat 18 yoshga to‘lgan shaxslar uchun mavjud. Ro‘yxatdan o‘tib, siz 18 yoshga to‘lganingizni va o‘zingiz haqingizda haqqoniy ma’lumot berishingizni tasdiqlaysiz.
2. Xulq-atvor qoidalari
Ilovadan foydalanishda quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:
- soxta profil yaratish yoki o‘zini boshqa shaxs sifatida ko‘rsatish;
- boshqa foydalanuvchilarni haqorat qilish, ta’qib qilish yoki tahdid qilish;
- noqonuniy, pornografik yoki haqoratli kontent joylashtirish;
- spam, reklama yoki firibgar xabarlar tarqatish;
- ruxsatsiz tijorat maqsadlarida foydalanish.
3. Foydalanuvchi kontenti
Siz joylashtirgan kontent (suratlar, matn) uchun javobgarsiz. Kontent joylashtirib, uni ilovada boshqa foydalanuvchilarga ko‘rsatish huquqini bizga berasiz.
4. Moderatsiya va bloklash
Biz ushbu Shartlarni buzgan kontentni o‘chirish, akkauntlarni cheklash yoki bloklash huquqiga egamiz. Siz foydalanuvchi ustidan shikoyat qilishingiz yoki uni ilovada bloklashingiz mumkin.
5. Javobgarlikdan voz kechish
Ilova «boricha» taqdim etiladi. Biz juft topishni kafolatlamaymiz va foydalanuvchilarning ilovadan tashqaridagi xatti-harakatlari uchun javobgar emasmiz. Muloqot va uchrashuvlarda ehtiyot bo‘ling.
6. Kirishni to‘xtatish
Shartlar buzilganda biz ilovaga kirishingizni to‘xtatib qo‘yishimiz mumkin. Siz istalgan vaqtda akkauntingizni o‘chirishingiz mumkin.
7. Amaldagi qonun
Ushbu Shartlar O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga muvofiq tartibga solinadi.

By using the Tanishili app, you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
The app is available only to persons aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself.
2. Code of Conduct
When using the app, you must not:
- create fake profiles or impersonate another person;
- insult, harass or threaten other users;
- post illegal, pornographic or offensive content;
- send spam, advertising or fraudulent messages;
- use the app for commercial purposes without permission.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the content (photos, text) you post. By posting content, you grant us the right to display it within the app to other users.
4. Moderation and Blocking
We may remove content, restrict or block accounts that violate these Terms. You can report or block a user directly in the app.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee finding a match and are not responsible for users’ behavior outside the app. Please exercise caution when communicating and meeting.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if these Terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
